Bill eliminating Hawaii’s cap on charitable deductions to become law - Pacific Business News: Gov. Neil Abercrombie plans to sign into law on Tuesday a bill that amends Act 97 to remove the cap on charitable tax deductions — a big win for Hawaii nonprofit leaders who have been advocating for the removal of the two-year-old cap.
