Senator Criticizes Treasury Department Report on Giving - News - The Chronicle of Philanthropy- Connecting the nonprofit world with news, jobs, and ideas: A leading Republican senator is angry about a new Treasury Department report that examines how much two types of organizations distribute to charity each year.
