Town Times - Bill may keep land trusts tax-exempt: "HARTFORD - The House of Representatives gave final legislative approval on May 7 to legislation co-sponsored by state Rep. Arthur J. O'Neill, R-69, that would grant tax-exempt status to land trusts throughout the state."
