Nonprofit groups play waiting game for New York grants | democratandchronicle.com | Democrat and Chronicle: "ALBANY — Nonprofit groups in New York are getting stung by slow-moving state agencies that are unable to process grants in a timely fashion and hurting community groups' ability to stay afloat, according to a recent report by state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli."
