It's not a new idea. Charitable checkoffs on this year's tax form are the Military Family Relief Fund, the Children's Trust Fund and the Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program. In the 2006 tax year, more than 88,000 taxpayers reportedly donated more than $1 million to these three funds."
