: "Nonprofit panel offers final recommendations

A panel of nonprofit leaders charged with considering reforms for the nonprofit sector last week recommended more than 120 steps for nonprofit organizations, Congress and the Internal Revenue Service to improve the governance, transparency and accountability of charitable organizations and private foundations.
