Lawyers want charity commissioner's office under judiciary - The Times of India: NAGPUR: The lawyers working at Charity Commissioner's office here knocked the judiciary's doors demanding that their organization should be brought under the ambit of administrative, judicial superintendence and control of High Court of Judicature at Bombay. Currently, the office works under the Maharashtra Law and Judiciary Department.
