A charity can't sell a pie? Ban jostles Pa. Legislature - Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "awmakers introduced bills in the House and Senate recently that would prevent Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture inspectors from citing churches and other community groups for serving food that was prepared in home kitchens, a practice against the law in Pennsylvania."
