Oklahoma Arts Council News: "A new state law requiring all Oklahoma nonprofit organizations to register with the Secretary of State's office will go into effect July 1. In addition to registering, the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act requires organizations to pay a nominal fee on a yearly basis."
