CRS Updates Report on Charitable IRA Distributions | Planned Giving Design Center: "On March 10, 2010, the Senate passed H.R. 4213, the Tax Extenders Act of 2009 that would extend tax-free distributions from Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) for charitable purposes first enacted by the Pension Protection Act of 2006. The Congressional Research Service has now updated its fact sheet to reflect the latest provisions."
