Nonprofits will pay for food permits | Yakima Herald-Republic Online: "YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Yakima Health District will no longer exempt nonprofit food booths from food-service fees, which means organizations at community fairs, sports events, church bazaars and the like will have to pay $54 for a temporary permit."
