Lawmakers To Help Volunteers, Nonprofits With Gas - Baltimore News Story - WBAL Baltimore: "State officials said they're pushing for immediate relief for nonprofit organizations and small businesses such as Meals on Wheels, an organization that said it has lost more than 130 volunteer drivers this year because they drive their own cars and pay for their own gas."
